Dedicated tables
Dedicated poker tables are the organising objects of the room. Each gives cards, hands and shared sightlines a defined place, so the physical setting can be read before the first card is handled. The felt offers a clear field; the perimeter gives the table a deliberate edge; seating faces the same surface rather than a distant display. Poker remains close to its materials here, with real cards present at a table made for the people gathered around it.
A measured atmosphere
The room is considered in the manner of an exhibition: clear surfaces, composed light and open space allow attention to return to the table. Its snow-white and warm-ivory character is quiet rather than theatrical, with charcoal lines bringing structure to the view. Nothing needs to compete with the shared surface. Face-to-face poker can therefore be observed as a physical encounter, held within a room that makes space for cards, tables and the people present.
In person / At the table
The shared table
Face-to-face poker begins with people present in the same room. Looking, waiting and responding happen across a real table, where cards move by hand and the surrounding room remains part of the experience. The pace comes from direct attention rather than a distant interface. A dedicated poker table gives that attention a stable centre: a place where cards are placed, gathered and seen together within the venue.
